Terms of Use

By using Truth, Dare, Bare you agree to these terms. They're written like a human wrote them - because one did.

Last updated: April 2026

Who these terms apply to

These Terms of Use apply to anyone who accesses or uses the Truth, Dare, Bare website (truthdarebare.com) or game (the "Service"), operated as a sole trader based in Australia. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Age requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this Service. Truth, Dare, Bare contains adult content including sexually explicit material at higher game levels. By accessing the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that accessing adult content is legal in your jurisdiction.

If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use this Service. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user we have reason to believe is under 18.

Use of the Service

You agree to use Truth, Dare, Bare for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not:

Purchases & unlock codes

Paid level access is granted via a one-time purchase. Upon successful payment, you will receive an unlock code by email. This code unlocks Levels 2, 3, and 4 on the device and browser where it is entered.

All purchases are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

Refunds

Because the unlock code is delivered digitally and immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds as a matter of course. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased content, please contact us at hello@truthdarebare.com and we'll make it right.

Consent & responsible play

Truth, Dare, Bare is designed to be played by consenting adults. The game includes mechanics to pass on cards, opt out of play, and filter content - these exist to support positive, consensual experiences. By using the Service you acknowledge that:

Intellectual property

All content within the Service - including card content, game mechanics, design, copy, and branding - is the intellectual property of Truth, Dare, Bare. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Truth, Dare, Bare will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Service will be error-free at all times.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects when the terms were last revised.
